The following article show how you can create the required Mimecast API Credentials for Simply Discover.
Mimecast as a source
Simply discover is able to consume Mimecast archive data for analysis. In order to import the necessary data attributes, some configuration is required through the Mimecast Admin portal.
Login to Mimecast Admin portal as a Super Admin ** This is VERY important. No really it is.
Once you are in the Admin Console, follow these simple steps.
Click Services.
Click Account, then Roles.
Let's go ahead and create a new Role by clicking New Role
Give this baby a meaningful name and description. and just make sure the options in red are selected. Then click the Save & Exit button at the top of the page.
